Should We Just Spew Garbage For Search Engine Or Do Some Real Blogging?

Not long ago I figured that blogging is an effective way to promote websites, almost all the blogs on which I chose to work were based on wordpress, as we all know that wordpress is perfect for casual as well as professional bloggers, with the fact that its licensed under GPL make the WordPress the most famous and versatile blogging software of all time.
Lately I figured that I should build my own blogs and promote them, subsequently I can use my own blogs to promote my other websites, of course this is not a new idea, there are a lot of blog networks out there doing just that, the thing is that I don’t control those blogs, not to mention I can’t just post to them, obviously I will have to pay the owner to use their blogs, probably not cheap at all.
Its a tedious job to maintain more than a few blogs, if you’re not using your blogs as spamming device, the real content writing is time and money consuming, its never easy to build successful blogs. Check out a couple of interesting blogs, such as this one, Ramp Rack, the domain name is pretty good, and there are a lot of interesting articles on it, since this is not a themed blog, there are all kinds of posts on the site. Check this one out, Industrial Grade Alloy Steel Chains , this is a themed blog, all posts are following the same theme, and ranks well for quite a few keywords. I can show you a lot more sites, but I believe you get the idea. One more important point, you should build some casual blogs, put some random content on those blogs occasionally, such as this blog, Snow Chain 360 View, this will make a blog network more like naturally built blog groups.
When you already have a few interesting blogs, probably you can add a few more blogs to your arsenal, then use the established blogs to promote the new ones, this way you get your little blog network rolling. It sounds pretty simple, but it won’t be easy to build even a tiny blogging network, there’s one thing you do have to remember is that don’t ruin your hard work just because you want to cut a few corners.
